Moonaile account deletion
Kyn Products LLC provides this unauthenticated page so you can request deletion of your Moonaile account and associated app data outside the app.
Deleting your app account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage or cancel billing in your Apple ID account settings.
Request deletion
Enter the email address used for your account. This request does not automatically delete an account from email alone; the support flow must verify account ownership first.
What this request covers
- Supabase Auth account, profile, subscription identifiers, usage rows, app sessions, and account-linked email attempt rows.
- Durable user media stored under the app-owned user-media prefix.
- Audit rows are minimized or anonymized according to the account lifecycle PRD.
Some provider, billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required. Final legal wording is owned by the privacy/support review process.
