Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Moonaile collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the mobile app and related services operated by Kyn Products LLC.
Who we are
Kyn Products LLC operates Moonaile. For privacy questions or requests, contact KYNProductsLLC@gmail.com.
Information you provide
- Account information such as your email address and authentication credentials.
- Nail inspiration photos, hand photos, notes, ratings, and saved-look content you choose to store or send through the app.
- Support messages you send to us, including operational metadata such as app version and subscription status when you contact support.
- Optional subscription and billing state managed through the app store and RevenueCat (Moonaile does not receive your full payment card number).
Information generated by the app
- Design notes, palettes, colour stories, source guides, nail breakdowns, and try-on images created from your uploads.
- Companion chat replies, custom detail sections, and related AI-assisted outputs.
- Crash and error diagnostics when crash reporting is enabled.
- Local reminder and notification scheduling metadata stored on your device.
How we use information
- Provide account access, authentication, and subscription entitlement checks.
- Generate and save nail inspiration details, try-ons, and companion assistance you request.
- Operate billing, restore purchases, and reflect subscription status.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and safety.
- Comply with legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Artificial intelligence and photo processing
When you use AI features, your photos and text may be processed by service providers to create generated outputs. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for inspiration and planning only.
Moonaile does not provide medical, dermatological, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. Do not rely on generated outputs for health, safety, or professional decisions.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate the service. Depending on the feature you use, processing may involve:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and account lifecycle operations.
- RevenueCat and Apple App Store billing for subscriptions and entitlement state.
- Sentry for crash and error diagnostics when configured.
- Email delivery providers for transactional messages when configured.
- Image and AI model providers, including Google Gemini and other media-generation services, to analyze photos and generate outputs you request.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the app, process subscriptions, provide support, run diagnostics, and meet legal or security requirements.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs in the current production app configuration.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in the app. Deletion removes or anonymizes account-linked app data according to our account lifecycle process.
You may also submit a deletion request at /account/delete. A web request alone does not automatically delete an account; we must verify ownership before completing deletion.
Deleting your app account does not cancel an active Apple App Store subscription. Manage or cancel store billing in the store where the subscription started.
Some billing, security, legal, support, fraud-prevention, or provider-side records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, dispute resolution, or operational necessity.
Your choices
- Delete your account in Settings or request deletion through the public web form.
- Manage subscriptions through the App Store and RevenueCat Customer Center.
- Control notification permissions in iOS Settings.
- Contact support for account, billing, or privacy questions.
- Uninstall the app to remove locally stored collection data from your device.
Children
Moonaile is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and version shown at the top of this page.
