Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and must not be barred from using the service under applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by the Apple App Store and managed with RevenueCat.

Prices, free trials, billing periods, renewal terms, and refund handling are shown in the App Store and hosted paywall at the time of purchase. Apple governs payment method handling and store billing disputes.

Deleting your app account does not cancel an active subscription. You must manage or cancel billing through the App Store.

Your content and license to us

You retain ownership of photos, notes, and other content you upload or create in the app.

To operate Moonaile, you grant Kyn Products LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide the service, including AI-assisted analysis and generation you request.

AI-generated outputs

Generated design notes, companion replies, try-on images, and related outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

Moonaile is for inspiration and personal planning only. Outputs are not medical, dermatological, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload or request illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or unsafe content.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, quotas, safety controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service or provider integrations.
• Do not use the service to harass others or to seek professional advice that requires a licensed provider.

Account deletion and support

You may delete your account in the app or submit a request at /account/delete. Public deletion requests require ownership verification before data is removed.

Intellectual property

Kyn Products LLC owns the app, branding, and service software. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, code, or designs except the limited right to use the app as intended.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYN PRODUCTS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyn Products LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.

Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you also agree that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance, support, warranty, or legal claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
